1. The messaging program consists of customer care communications concerning real estate properties, potential acquisitions, due diligence, scheduling, and joint-venture coordination. Messages will be sent from (718) 532-3025.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply “HELP” for assistance or contact us directly at aganguli.me@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
