SMS Terms & Consent

1. Program name and operator

The program is called “Dev Ganguli Property & Partnership Updates.” It is operated by Arunabh Ganguli as an individual sole proprietor under the name Dev Ganguli. Messages are sent from (718) 532-3025.

2. How consent works

You enroll only by providing your mobile number and clearly agreeing to receive messages through a written or electronic consent form or another documented opt-in method. Providing a number in a public record, property listing, business directory, or ordinary inquiry does not by itself enroll you. The opt-in applies only to Dev Ganguli and is not transferable.

Example consent language: “I agree to receive recurring text messages from Dev Ganguli about real estate properties, potential acquisitions, due diligence, meetings, and joint-venture coordination. Message frequency varies based on communication needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I have read the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

3. Message content and frequency

The messaging program provides customer care and support concerning specific properties; potential sale or acquisition interest; deal materials; scheduling; due diligence; transaction status; introductions; and coordination among potential joint-venture partners. Message frequency varies based on communication needs.

Example: “Dev Ganguli: Following up on the property opportunity we discussed. Are you available Tuesday to review it? Reply STOP to opt out.”

4. Opting out and getting help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received messages. After your request, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again using the same opt-in process. 5. Costs, eligibility, and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. You must be at least 18 years old, be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission, and use a supported U.S. mobile number. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier and device.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing described elsewhere in our policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

7. Changes or termination

We may change or discontinue the program, telephone number, message frequency, or these terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and additional notice will be provided when required by law. If our sending number changes, we will identify ourselves in messages from the new number.
